About DSA Global Solutions

Our mission is to supply excellent-functioning and useful solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central supporting ERP business processes within the Small- and Medium Business market.

Our goal is to ensure that our customers can work more efficiently and effectively save costs and that they can focus on their core business. We do that with the most innovative and user-friendly software that is currently available there : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Not so long ago it was enough to have the package that they are implemented , possibly supplemented by knowledge of one or more branches . Know for a traditional ERP vendor But that's different. Further integration (with office applications , CRM , other systems ) and working in the cloud make it necessary alongside ERP knowledge also have Business Intelligence systems , reporting dotnet web services and many other technical possibilities knowledge. DSA Global Solutions was founded in 2005 by Henny Lugtenburg en Theunis Modderman, who by then already cooperated more than 12 years as suppliers of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and it's predecessors. Key succes factors

Based upon our experience we consider the following factors to be essential for a succesfull ERP implementation :

• Make use of an  experienced project manager, preferrably with branche-specific knowledge.
• Do investigate future wishes and demands before starting the project.
• Avoid changing the software to fit old procedures; make sure the customers' workflow adapts the new solution. Make sure that the management is committed to this message.
• An ERP-implementation is not an IT project ! Make sure that for every functional part there is a functional end-responsible assigned from the customers' side.
• Make a workable solution, but try to avoid adjustmentsunless you can be 100% sure that they are both usefull en necessary.
• Do never run two systems paralel - proper testing should guarantee that all works well.
• Create simple user-guides for groups of users that perform similar tasks.
• Do not save on training. Try to make as much documentation as possible, and make sure that for interfaces it is there!
